RICK PLOECKELMANN

Rick joined Vyron as Vice President of Operations in 2024. He brings 25 years of construction industry experience having built successful teams and operations across the US and multiple international markets through leadership in operations, business development, M&A, and integrations.

Over the course of his career, he has been fortunate to engage in support of numerous industries including commercial construction, power generation, oil & gas, petro-chemical, food & beverage, pharmaceutical and most recently telecommunications. A proud graduate of UW-Milwaukee's Lubar School of Business, Rick earned his MBA while working full time in the role of National Sales Manager graduating in 2008.

A long-time resident of Wauwatosa, he and his wife share their passion for family, friends, golf, great food and the outdoors with their two dogs at every opportunity.
