Inside Sales Associates play a fundamental role in assisting our Outside Sales Engineers meet their sales and growth goals by building relationships and assisting customers, preparing proposals and managing project details from the quoting stage through project completion among other duties.
Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and requirements

Office duties - answer phones, customer inquiries, basic customer service

Data entry into our ERP software

Coordinate shipments and maintain order status reports

Coordinate bid day quotations - including pricing and estimating as needed

Order entry and revisions using various supplier furnished software

Assemble and distribute detailed submittals and O&M manuals
-
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
-
Ability to read and follow mechanical plans is a huge plus
