Job Description

The Vice President of Operations is the owner and driver of organizational structure and wellbeing. This is a highly strategic role that also requires one to be exceptional at planning and execution. The Vice President of Operations is the ultimate team player and culture driver of the organization.

 

Essential Functions

  • Develop and lead Operations Team

  • Create and maintain a solid organizational infrastructure to enable substantial growth

  • Engineer and reengineer inter and intradepartmental processes and procedures throughout the organization

  • Optimize efficiency, create structure and enable cross-functional team collaboration and communication

  • Facilitate the creation of companywide goals and support each department in meeting their operational goals

  • Support the organization in clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and expectations

  • Partner with Finance & Accounting to ensure a smooth companywide budgeting process that enable financial stability as we grow

  • Manage CRM/ERP implementation

  • Facilitate a hardworking and fun culture where colleagues are supported and empowered to do both

  • Focus on continuous improvement and always look for the next area of impact

  • Create, support and executed complex ideas

  • Effectively bring people together to work toward a common goal, and support the company

  • All other duties as assigned

Role Requirements

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of operations experience with five (5) in leadership positions

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Exercise good judgment and confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information, records, and reports

  • Detail oriented, strong thinker and executer

  • Tech savvy
